MASKING TAPE

Masking tape, also known as painter's tape, is a type of pressure-sensitive tape that is made out of thin and easy-to-tear paper, and features an easily released pressure-sensitive adhesive. This tape's adhesive allows the type to be easily removed without leaving residue or damaging the surface to which it is applied. Masking tape is available in a wide range of widths and strengths (rated based on the strength of the adhesive).

DUCT TAPE

Duct tape is a cloth or scrim-backed pressure-sensitive tape that is often coated with polyethylene. Originally developed for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning applications, duct tape can be used in a variety of different maintenance, repair, and construction settings. Due to its unique design, duct tape is an excellent choice for general indoor applications. This type of tape can be used at temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 30 minutes.

ELECTRICAL TAPE

Electrical tape is a type of pressure-sensitive tape that is used to insulate electrical wires and other materials that conduct electricity. This type of tape is most commonly made from vinyl, as it stretches well and provides an effective and long-lasting insulation. Electrical tape is commercial grade and is flame retardant, weather resistant, and works for applications at temperatures -10 to 90 degrees Celsius.

BOX PACKING TAPE

Box packing, box sealing, or parcel tape is a pressure-sensitive tape used for closing or sealing cardboard boxes. This type of tape consists of a pressure-sensitive adhesive coated onto a backing material, which is made up of polypropylene or polyester film. This film is oriented to have strength in both long and cross directions. Box packing tape is available in a wide range of backing strengths and colours.

BOOK BINDING TAPE

Book binding or book repair tape is the collective name used for several types of one-sided tape used in various types of binding projects. This type of tape is commonly used to bind paper documents together or to repair hard back books where the cover has separated from the spine. Since book binding tape is used to bind or repair books of all sizes, it is available in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses.
