Klingspor 11010 CS561 5″ 24 Grit Aluminum Oxide Fiber Disc 7/8″ Star Shaped Hole are for steel and NF metal to deliver exceptionally high removal rates. The CS561 synthetic resin bond makes this product particularly robust, durable and long-lasting. Klingspor Fibre discs CS 561 are flexible, yet enormously powerful. Available in all diameters common in the industry, the CS 561 offers the largest selection of fibre discs included in Klingspor’s product range. The wide selection of grit sizes turns the CS 561 into a highly versatile abrasive and are particularly good with Metal, NE metal, Plastic and Wood. The CS561 fibre disc is composed of a backing which is made of a multi-layer fibre composite material that comes with a closely coated aluminum oxide grain which is commonly referred to as “red” disc. The grains are bonded to the backing by an adhesive that is based on a synthetic resin. Universal fibre disc with stock removal rate for the processing of steel and non-ferrous metals, for rough deburring and welding seams processing and for derusting and finishing. Available in all current dimensions and grit sizes directly from stock. Special cutting shapes (e.g. rosette form) are available on request as make to order items. Useable with appropriate backing pad ST 338 (flexible, for surface machining) or ST 338 A (hard/ribbed, for rough grinding work).
